GISI/IFGF began through a revival meeting that was named ·Malam Oikumine Indonesia (MOI) 1980. With the grace of God MOI revival meeting was held in America, Canada, and even to Netherlands. Out of this MOI revival movement, fellowships of Indonesian people in America began. During the fellowship in Alhambra, in September 1980 the name IFGF was first mentioned and was agreed upon to be used in the fellowship and later on became Indonesian Full Gospel Fellowship (IFGF) church.
In 1989, IFGF goes to its homeland and start establishing churches in Indonesia. Miraculously, God led the Director General of Christian Department of Religion at that time, whom, after inspecting IFGF in America was moved to establish IFGF in Indonesia.
Through God·s mercy, in July 25th 1989, IFGF church was officially acknowledged by the government in Indonesia by the name of Gereja Injil Seutuh Indonesia (GISI) based upon:
In the Year 2004, we changed our name to International Full Gospel Fellowship Gereja Injil Seutuh Internasional (IFGF GISI) to relflect our new Vision to United to Bless the Nations.
Mission is a target - the end of what is desired and the process by which that end is accomplished.

Statement of Faith outlines what we believe in accordance to what is in the Bible
We believe that all scriptures (the old and new testament) is inspired by the Holy Spirit, accepted as absolute, as it was originally given. II Timothy 3:16; 1 Corinthians2:13.
We believe in the Eternal Godhead who has revealed Himself as ONE God existing in THREE persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; distinguishable but indivisible. Matthew 28:19; II Corinthians 13:13.
We believe the in the creation, test and fall of man as recorded in Genesis; his total spiritual depravity and inability to attain divine righteousness. Genesis 3:1-19; Romans 5:12,18.
We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of men, conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, very God and very man. John 1:1,14; Matthew 1:18-21; Luke 1:26-35, 2:10-11; Isaiah 7:14.
